Overview

Set along the lava-lined shoreline of the Kona Coast, this oceanfront residence offers a relaxed island setting in the heart of Kailua-Kona. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom private residence features a private balcony overlooking the Pacific, where sweeping coastal views and ocean breezes frame daily island life. Located near the town’s waterfront restaurants, shops, and historic coastal paths, the residence provides easy access to the vibrant energy of Kona while maintaining a comfortable sense of retreat. Shared amenities include a pool, hot tub, and sandy beach.

This experience includes a choice between two signature Hawaiian adventures. The renowned manta ray night snorkel begins with a short boat ride offshore, where manta rays glide through illuminated waters as guides share insights into their behavior and Kona’s marine environment. Alternatively, travelers may choose a traditional Hawaiian outrigger canoe experience in Kailua Bay. Led by an experienced steersperson, the excursion explores the heritage of canoe voyaging while paddling along Kona’s scenic coastline.

Additional blackout dates major US Holidays, First two weeks of January and February 12-20.  Manta Ray Night Snorkeling – Must be 5 years or older to board the boat and Weight limit of 260lbs.

Private Residence

We have access to multiple private residences for each destination to increase availability for travelers. The photos shown represent the style and quality you can expect, though the exact residence you’ll stay in depends on availability during your selected dates. The images featured are of actual residences within our portfolio. In the rare event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control—such as force majeure, property damage, or a change in ownership—Auction Packages is committed to providing a private residence and experience of equal value and quality.

Package Redemption

Trip winners will receive an email within 15 business days after the event containing their redemption certificate number and instructions for accessing our dedicated Trip Winner Portal. The portal includes everything needed to begin the trip planning process, including important information, next steps, and direct communication with their dedicated Booking Specialist. Reservations must be made at least 60 days before travel and are subject to availability and property inventory. Travel must be booked within 12 months of notification and completed within 24 months. Once confirmed, reservations are final. Packages are non-refundable and may not be transferred or resold. Blackout dates include the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s.
