Overview

Settle into island life at a beachfront villa on Great Exuma’s central shoreline. Glass doors and wide windows fill the open living and dining area with sunlight and frame views across the clear blue bay. The villa has four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. In the primary suite, wake up to the water just beyond the windows and step directly onto the sundeck.

Outside, palms and flowering gardens surround a terrace made for slow mornings and sunset evenings. Take a swim in the heated pool, then wander down to the sandy beach for a barefoot stroll or time in the gentle surf. With the bay always in view, it’s an inviting place to slow down and enjoy the Bahamas.

Private Residence

We have access to multiple private residences for each destination to increase availability for travelers. The photos shown represent the style and quality you can expect, though the exact residence you’ll stay in depends on availability during your selected dates. The images featured are of actual residences within our portfolio. In the rare event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control—such as force majeure, property damage, or a change in ownership—Auction Packages is committed to providing a private residence and experience of equal value and quality.

Package Redemption

Trip winners will receive an email within 15 business days after the event containing their redemption certificate number and instructions for accessing our dedicated Trip Winner Portal. The portal includes everything needed to begin the trip planning process, including important information, next steps, and direct communication with their dedicated Booking Specialist. Reservations must be made at least 60 days before travel and are subject to availability and property inventory. Travel must be booked within 12 months of notification and completed within 24 months. Once confirmed, reservations are final. Packages are non-refundable and may not be transferred or resold. Blackout dates include the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s.
