Terms & Conditions
Eligibility
Applicants must:
- Be a registered U.S. 501(c)(3)
- Be at least 18 years old
- Submit one application per organization
- Complete the application by October 31, 2026
Grant Award
Each recipient receives:
- $2,500 cash
- One Auction Packages travel experience (up to $3,000 value)
- One fundraising consultation
- Podcast appearance
- Educational opportunities
- Behind the Bid registrations
- Early product announcements
Travel experience has no cash value and may not be substituted.
Selection
Recipients are selected solely by the Auction Packages Grant Committee.
Committee decisions are final.
Recipient Responsibilities
Recipients agree to:
- Accept the award within 10 business days.
- Participate in one fundraising strategy consultation.
- Participate in one podcast interview.
- Provide updates on how the grant supported their mission.
- Allow Auction Packages to recognize their organization in marketing materials, with approval.
Marketing Permission
Recipients grant permission for Auction Packages to use:
- Organization name
- Logo
- Success story
- Photos supplied by recipient
- Testimonials
Approval will always be obtained before publishing detailed case studies or quotes.
Disclaimer
Auction Packages reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the program at any time.
Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.
